Anti-static
fission matters needing attention
1, clothing should
be all use anti-static fabric, generally do not use the lining. Must use the
lining, the lining of the exposed area should not be more than 20% of the total
garment inside the area.
2. According to
different places of different processing object electrostatic sensitivity,
choose different grades of anti-static fabric and anti-static overalls.
3, work clothes
washing should be used as far as possible simple and easy method, should avoid
to make the uniform by the strong mechanical and chemical washing operation.
4, in anti-static
overalls attached or are prohibited from wearing any metal objects.
5, are not allowed
to be at the scene of the operation of electrostatic sensitive products put on
or take off the uniform (should be specified in the locker room to change
clothes). Button should be all button, try not to make it in the condition of
close to the strip.
6, bulk buying
back the anti-static overalls should be chosen at random before wearing several
testing charge. Use after a period of time, especially the wearer strip for
retest when you have a sense of shock
